Dan Belanger serves as the President of NICE Americas and leads the complete field operations for the region - with a focus on sales, marketing, and client services. He is passionate about providing NICE clients with the solutions and professional services they need to perfect their customers' experience through every stage of their journey.
Dan joined NICE in 2024, having spent more than two decades in senior leadership roles. Prior to NICE, Dan served as General Manager of Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, Games, and Sports (TMEGS) at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he led a dynamic team providing innovative cloud solutions to customers across the TMEGS industry.
Before that, Dan spent nearly 30 years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and in his final role there, as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of North America, he spearheaded the transformation of sales, pre-sales engineering, services, operations and field channels teams to deliver better outcomes and enhanced customer and partner relationships across all segments in the US and Canada.
Dan graduated Cum Laude from Assumption College, Worcester, Massachusetts.
